As a Scrum Master within our Identity and Access Management team, you'll have a key focus to drive the innovation, efficiencies and continuously deliver business outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the planning and delivery of projects in a corporate environment.
As an experienced Scrum Master, you will have an Agile mindset and an impressive software delivery track record across a range of technologies. You will be a servant leader and an advocate for Agile cultures and values. You will use metrics and coach teams to continuously improve and become a high performing collective. You will be outcome focused and your stakeholder and relationship management skills will be key to drive teams to continuously deliver business outcomes.
As an assertive and influential member of the team, you are comfortable liaising with senior figures within the business. You will bring to this role your Agile knowledge, Scrum Master accreditation and preferably your knowledge of authentication and access management.
In this role you will concurrently manage multiple scrum teams of varying scale through all sprints and phases through to delivery, as well as organise and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and other Agile related ceremonies. Working effectively with the Product Owner for backlog refinement and prioritisation, you'll be involved with tracking and communicating team metrics, sprint and release progress.
As our Scrum Master you will also promote a collaborative team environment and through partnering with the Product Owner and other scrum teams you will develop user stories and acceptance criteria definition, assisting in effort estimation and facilitating the definition of the minimum viable product.
We are looking for a candidate with proven Scrum Master and coaching experience as well as a proven track record of managing large, complex Agile teams in a results-driven environment. Lastly, you will have a strong technical background and familiarity with IT terminology. Experience in Identity and Access Management related projects is desirable.
