How will I help?
As the Senior Change Manager, you will be focused on supporting the changes required with the implementation of Westpacs biggest transformation Project - Customer Service Hub. In this role you will be playing a significant part of the journey for the customer by simplifying, standardising and digitising the way we connect with our customers as one bank with multiple brands. You will demonstrate a passion for understanding new businesses and a desire to do things differently. What is in it for me?

The ideal candidate will be highly capable in identifying the scope of change activities, assessment of impacts and analysis of affected stakeholder groups. You will have a strong track record of change experience with at least 2 years demonstrated in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to manage a change from end to end.
Post grad qualifications in Change Management is highly desirable. Along with that you will have proven capability of facilitating and presenting with strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in Agile methodology. What is it like to work there?
