KPMG's Financial Management team, part of our Management Consulting division, works with CFOs to build efficient and effective finance functions that provide outstanding business partnering capability to their organisations. Our team works with major clients in both the Corporate and Government sectors to provide solutions across key aspects of finance function transformation that address:
  • Finance function strategy and operating model development
  • Business performance management, including effective planning & reporting, costing and use of analytics
  • Efficient finance operations, including process optimisation, LEAN, robotics and deployment of shared services and outsourcing models
  • Technology enablement, with a specific focus on cloud based solutions
We are now looking for Managers and Senior Consultants to join our Sydney based team.

Your new role

This exciting opportunity will enable you to play an active role in supporting the delivery of our projects including:
  • Working with client teams to analyse and assess current performance levels
  • Participating in solutioning workshops, using leading practice thinking
  • Determining how technology can support improved performance
  • Developing implementation and change plans
You bring to the role

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
  • Experience of working on finance transformation or improvement projects from either a consulting or industry perspective
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • To enjoy working as part of a team
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, Finance or Business is preferred
  • An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
