We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Regulatory Change to join our Group Regulatory Affairs team within Group Compliance.
As Senior Manager Global Regulatory Change you will provide Group-wide leadership and guidance to all CBA Group entities on implementation of regulatory compliance and change initiatives.
Main duties will include:
- Initial focus on the implementation of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime including the development of Accountability Statements and Maps for Senior Executives, development of policies and procedures, implementation of on-going monitoring and controls and incorporating the BEAR and other similar regimes into a sustainable Accountability BAU model.
- Coordinating other regulatory compliance implementations impacting more than one Business Unit, including providing SME knowledge, governance structures and project management support.
We are keen to chat to individuals who are experienced in regulatory change and implementation within a financial services environment. You will pride yourself on your exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex Legislative requirements in plain English.
Exposure to change management and/or project management within a compliance or risk management environment will be advantageous.
