This Senior Product Manager role for our Existing Customers portfolio will have full accountability of product ownership for revenue generation and portfolio activities to existing base of customers in Personal Loans and Line of Credit products.The role will be in charge of driving instalment loan sales, optimizing profitability of the Citi Loans portfolio and ensuring an effective control framework for activities.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop and implement existing customer strategy for Citi Loans products (including any white label partner products where applicable). This includes existing customers in Personal Loans and Line of Credit products.
• Manage portfolio financial review, identify revenue opportunities and manage roll out of key initiatives to support existing customer growth.
• Drive installment loan sales to meet revenue and business goals.Identify growth opportunities, expand customer segmentation and distribution channels, and optimize on pricing strategy to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
• Own the end-to-end process with adequate and effective checks in terms of system set up, offer set up, T&Cs, channel execution and fulfilment.
• Work in partnership with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, risk, decision management, digital banking, sales & acquisition and technology to drive successful outcomes.
• Work with regional teams to develop and implement new user experience and functionality to support portfolio sales.
• Lead two direct reports, providing direction, guidance and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Take personal responsibility for resolving issues and delivering a customer centric solution.

Qualifications

Skills and experiences required:

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree, tertiary degree and/or professional qualifications (eg. CA/CPA) preferred but not required
• Experience in product management, portfolio management or personal loans an added advantage
• Highly analytical with strong sense of financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly results driven and self motivated individual
