You'll be working with one of the Leading Banks in Australia who is seeking an experienced Senior Tech BA to join the team. The Workforce Analytics team (WFA) are a team of dedicated HR Analysts, with experience and expertise in interpreting a diverse range of employee information and providing insight for decision-making. The team collaborates with a large range of stakeholders and supports the HR delivery model by providing world-class tools to deliver self-service capability. They also deliver expert data analytics support for all HR areas in both business-as-usual reporting and projects and support HR for analytics based on information held in all HR systems. Their vision is to be recognised as trusted advisors to the business, placing relevant HR information at the heart of key decisions and discussions at every level of the Group
Role responsibilities,
- Complete relevant project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability
- Understanding Business Needs - to develop appropriate solutions for the business this role depends on the incumbent's ability to listen, comprehend and communicate the needs of business, and how those needs translate to technical solutions
- Recommend changes to processes and systems, with measurable business benefits, based on current and future customer needs, industry trends and new technologies, knowledge of the system, analysis and performance and oversee the management and execution of any enhancements made
- Complete relevant project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability
What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate the following experience
- Database Administration - strong capability developing in SQL Server (essential)
- Experience in the HR/Employee data domain will help ground design decisions with context on how the information will be used
- Data organization - experience with managing and organising varied sets of data to enable efficient analysis is important for developing effective data schemas.
- Manage relationships with internal/external suppliers, where required Participation in and contribution to team culture, productivity uplift and continuous improvement
What you'll get in return:
This is a permanent position with an annual salary of Up to $160k + Super. You will become a part of a dynamic, fast paced company in Sydney.
