Aufgaben

Perform requirements engineering and business analysis in a complex IT and banking environment
Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
Create functional specifications, analysis artefacts, and technical documentation
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Define, analyse, and validate REST/JSON APIs and system interfaces
Support UI and solution design activities across multiple delivery teams
Facilitate workshops, refinements, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Contribute to Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) artefacts
Identify, communicate, and manage dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support AI and LLM-related initiatives, including agentic AI and orchestration concepts

Profil

Experience as a Business Analyst in IT, financial services, or banking environments
Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic AI, or multi-agent architectures is necessary
Proven experience in requirements engineering, modelling, and interface analysis
Strong understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and API design principles
Experience analysing complex system landscapes and interconnected platforms
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Chrome DevTools, and collaborative documentation tools
Experience contributing to BDD and/or TDD initiatives
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
