Better starts and ends with the customer
We'll be looking for you to grow Western Union's agent network by signing up new agents mainly across Austria and other countries in Central Europe. The role will be a combination of being out in the field and working from home. We'll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets by managing the end to end sales process. In this role, you will be travelling regularly (including overnight travel) to visit new and existing locations and represent Western Union.

We'll need you to have excellent communication skills to approach new agents and build long-lasting relationships with them. Ideally, you will have previous experience in field sales, face-to-face sales, account management or business development. We expect you to speak German and English fluently. You need to have a valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel within Europe on a regular basis, including overnight travel and travel at short notice. Western Union has implemented a new sales operating model, in which sales professionals will be assigned to different regions depending on their language skills and business requirements across Central Europe.
