Handling Acquiring projects with schemes and other company functions, Executing Schemes Certifications, take care of Quality assurance and testing activities, Issues Troubleshooting.
- Handle multiple projects with all clients POS acquiring and add value services
- Handle/Execute multiple projects with all schemes from technical point of view
- Testing and Q.A activities
- Handling Multi-Layer integration for DLL or full integration
- Handling Ecommerce Projects from Technical Point of View
- Have a full idea of all Acquiring projects and be in sync with the Project Management Team
- Minimal duties of Database SQL Queries Execution
- Production Issues TroubleshootinG
- Any other duties assigned by the direct Manager
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer information system/ Bachelor’s Degree in any of the Electrical Engineering subcategories (Computer/ Mechanical/ Telecommunication/ Mechatronics … etc).
- Ability to learn fast and be interested in building self-knowledge.
- Ability to listen, analyse, discuss, and promote solutions with customers and 3rd party vendors respond to their needs, be a committed supporting team player.
- Be aware and pre-emptive within the organization and be willing to take ownership and able to resolve problems.
- Excellent knowledge of Company procedures, industry and the organization products.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to control customer and maintain customer satisfaction.
