The client servicing business unit is a team that supports the local and international institutional clients and client relationship managers and supports as well the set-up of the private mandates within Candriam Information System


Support to Candriam Funds range international distribution

  • Coordination of the set-up of the distribution/intermediary agreements for  the Candriam Fund Range in the different jurisdictions where Candriam markets its funds
  •  Support our client in the set-up of accounts at the different transfer agents and support clients in the order transmission to these different transfer agents
  •   Coordination of the trailer fee process to distributors and intermediaries including parametrisations of the trailer fee rates and related fund scope, validation of the calculation of the trailer fees, invoice validation and follow-up on client queries
  •  Daily reconciliation of the passive database  that reflects the assets, the net new cash of our clients based on the input received from different sources and any evolution of this database

 Support to institutional mandate set-up

  • Coordination of the set-up and maintenance of the agreements for discretionary and advisory mandates and for related services provided to local and international clients in collaboration with the different involved internal and external stakeholders

 Support to our local and international sales desk

  • Single point of contact for requests of institutional clients and client relationship managers
  • Support of sales in client meetings

Management and Maintenance of  Candriam Client Database

  • Maintenance and support the evolution of the Candriam client database and support the sales and compliance department in the regulatory requirements on clients(KYC/AML, MiFID, GDPR, …)

Required  Skills & Competencies

  • Master in Finance, Economic Sciences or other master completed via an experience in a financial institution

Language Knowledge

  • French     : Fluent      
  • English     : Fluent            
  • Dutch        : Fluent        
  • Other languages :any other European key language is an advantage
  • Highly motivated an preferable  experience in Middle Office, Back Office or client relationship support functions within asset management or banking environment
  • Solution minded & Creative
  • Engaged
  • Advanced excel knowledge(Excel functions) : VBA is an advantage         
  • Client minded and awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ( Candriam CRM Tools )  is an advantage
