Job description

- Analyze, challenge and track project plans, milestones & deliveries

- Ensure project documents are complete, accurate and stored appropriately

- Identify, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

- Identify and track project dependencies and critical path

- Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with team members

- Continuously seek to improve existing tools and solutions

Your Profile

- You have a master degree in commercial engineering, economical sciences or management with specialization in finance or equivalent through experience.

- You have a previous experience as PMO (writing of a roadmap, stakeholder management, action list follow-up, etc)

- You are familiar with Windows suites (Excel, PowerPoint, macro’s and version management)

- You have professional experience in financial services institutions, consultancy experience is a plus.

- You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- You are pro-active, autonomous, well organized, result oriented and client driven.

- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
