Senior Representative, Billing

Position summary

The Senior Representative, Billing, controls the reconciliation of the sub custodian invoices of less experienced Billing Administrators and proceeds with the settlement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Control and signing of the reconciled sub custodian invoices received from Pune staff including verification of the Out of Pocket Expense.

• Written and oral communication in English with the 132 sub custodians.

• Month-end booking and certification of GL balances.

• Assists less experienced Billing Administrators.

• Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.

Leadership

No direct reports; acts as a Controller by providing guidance to less experienced Billing Administrators and checking on work quality and progress.

Job scope

Responsible for the quality and completion of own work and Pune Billing Administrators.

Qualifications

Education

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

• Experience in financial services preferred.
