Your role

Our Organization and Change experts help clients develop an organization and culture with the capacity to capitalize on disruption and respond rapidly to changing market forces by architecting insight-driven change strategies that create greater organizational agility and improve success rates across a portfolio of transformation programs.
As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing, supporting, executing and leading strategy consulting projects that take place at the intersection of business and technology.
Here are some typical examples of how a day in the life of a Strategy Manager Organization and Change looks like:

  • Designing change management strategies and coaching clients in realizing their business transformations, system implementations and digital transformations, ensuring successful execution through predictive analytics.
  • Helping our clients build their own change management capabilities and equip them to lead in the NEW, by creating organizational agility and helping them build a workforce of the future.
  • Envisioning and architecting overarching change strategies that help clients identify and prioritize a portfolio of transformation programs.
  • Developing an organization strategy grounded in analytics that provide insights to create a future vision aligned to the business strategy.
  • Defining an agile operating model that addresses critical trade-offs such as global scale versus local proximity and corporate governance versus business unit ownership of services and an organization design that effectively aligns people and processes.
  • Identifying and building the required culture and behaviors to enable organizational agility. Co-designing culture and leadership strategies and action plans.
These projects have a high strategic focus and are typically performed in short time-frames (1-3 months), which mostly lead to further transformation support and implementation performed by other Accenture entities like Management Consulting and Technology Consulting.
Last but not least, you will also contribute to developing thought leadership in the area of HR, Talent Management, Organization Design and Change Management, while contextualizing this information to others (in- and outside of Accenture).

Basic qualifications
Your Experience

You have:
  • Completed Master's degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant HR project- and/or consultancy experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Change management
    • Organization design
    • Culture change plans
    • (Digital) Workforce / business transformation
You are also:
  • Knowledgeable of trends in Digital Human Capital
  • Excellent at communicating in Dutch, French and English
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and solution-oriented
  • Willing to work throughout Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and occasionally in other countries
