You will join the management of Life Insurance. Our mission is to protect and unburden customers throughout their lives. We focus on living longer and retirement, unexpected circumstances regarding their lives, health, safeguarding and building up wealth.

Our ART Life department is a group of enthusiastic employees where man/woman and young/experience is represented. We are in the development of E2E solutions of life insurance, specifically for the customer segment wage earners and the self-employed. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven business analyst / project employee who implements and / or improves new E2E applications & processes via the SAFE methodology.

We are convinced that we need to move more and more towards an agile organization that focuses on multidisciplinary teams to meet the challenges of the future. Aspects such as cooperation across different métiers, creativity, willingness to change are key here. Using the power of what works and with a focus on possibilities, we move step by step in this direction.

We do all this for one reason : the customer. For this we make simple E2E applications & processes to serve it better and personally.

The range of files is very wide: supervising product innovations for life insurance, product adjustments in the current systems, legal projects, digital projects ....


For our team we are looking for a business analyst / project employee who participates in the different phases of a new functionality. This means both in terms of analysis, test preparation and test execution and the effective implementation through communication and training, among other things.

Within one of the teams on the SAFe train, you perform analyses by working out the requirements to a level of detail. Together with product developers, lawyers and actuaries, you translate the strategy regarding products "life" into processes, procedures and systems.  You work together with ICT and all business parties involved, including the distribution channels and our cross-company domains, e.g. in- & excasso and output. Building relationships with these different parties and excellent cooperation are therefore essential.  from various functions.
