The team

The commercial world is constantly changing. Our clients face new regulations, shifting legislation and fluctuating economic and financial risk. By identifying risks, we help our clients spot pitfalls before they become problems, weigh the pros and cons and connect the dots so they can make informed, intelligent and insightful decisions that help them to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.

Work you'll do

  • You'll help our clients better measure, manage and control risk to enhance the reliability of systems and processes throughout their organisation
  • You'll build strong client relationships and identify client needs
  • You'll direct, prepare, review and present client proposals, reports and presentations
  • You'll provide guidance to more junior team members
  • You'll drive business development initiatives
  • You'll participate and provide input in our regular management meetings
  • You'll be part of the future development of the team, which includes serving as a career counsellor and taking people management and business development decisions
Your Profile
  • You have approximately 6 to 12 years of relevant work experience in at least one of the following areas: risk management; business process optimisation; internal audit; internal control transformation
  • You have a master's degree in economics, engineering or equal by experience. Certifications like CIA, CISA, Prince2 or PMP are a plus.
  • You have excellent project and time management skills
  • You are a team player, but can work also work independently
  • You are able to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirements
  • You are capable to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
  • You have no problems with guiding teams through the design and implementation of conduct risk solutions
  • You are willing to travel (mainly within Europe)
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
