In ITEC China, working on

  • Manage ITEC/GTS Financial control work, including payment, contract, invoice, amortization, provision, accrual
  • Support CIO for budget plan, cost monitoring
  • Manage ITEC/GTS Assets
  • ITEC/GTS vendor management
  • Transversal support to ITEC China team


Mission

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks

Financial control :
  • Payment Management (In charge of all IT related payments, from voucher creation through providing all the details required by Finance and Approvers, to settlement by Finance, Monthly recurring charge management mainly related to Telecom).
  • Administrate a defined set of financial control processes
  • Support the administration of ITEC referential
  • Assist in preparing the monthly costs analysis and commentaries
  • Support the construction of reforecast and the budget
  • Shadow other ITEC resources for defined tasks
  • Service desk for financial related queries
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports (Excel, PowerPoint, …)
  • Participate in ITEC projects
  • Support evolution of current processes and tools
  • Participate to regular meetings of ITEC Asiapac
Assets Management :
  • Provide barcodes to assets entering the organization
  • Administrate and record entry, exits of assets inside the assets management referential (Marley) with GTS Teams
  • Relay with CIO Office and ACFI for reconciliations with financial assets registers
  • Assist the infrastructure team with inventory needs
Co-ordination and Support to SG China IT Compliance and Security Manager
  • Support the IT Regulatory and Risk Manager on regular tasks like reporting preparation, co-ordination
  • Enhance its knowledge (ad-hoc trainings, external trainings) in order to act as a back-up
Perform other ad hoc tasks/ duties of administration assigned by management.
  • Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management


Profile




Candidate Profile:

Academic Background(degree and major):

  • Bachelor degree


Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how:

  • 3-4 years working experience with Financial control and assets administration in IT field are preferred, but not a must


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills
  • Ability to work with remote sites
  • Good communication skills & strong motivation


Language Skills:

  • Fluent English both oral and speaking
  • Fluent Mandarin both oral and speaking


Computer Skill:

  • Good ability to manipulate data in Excel
