Job Summary / Job Purpose

To support regional trade sales on daily works and communicate with GZ bill centre as well as customers to provide the quality service internally and externally.


Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks

  • Comply with Code of Conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations, internal policies, compliance rules and procedures (including but without limitation to those requirements from the aspects of Anti-money laundering, know your client, anti-fraud, data protection etc.)
  • Take responsibility to report any incidents, suspicious and fraud cases according to bank incident report mechanism/whistle blowing/ escalation requirement immediately.
  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity and uphold the bank's ethical standard both in professional activities and personal conduct.

Trade Job Description

LC Advising issuing:

Preferential pricing application; Confirmation Pricing approval; Follow approval or beneficiary certificate if mailing address is different.

Export bills checking:

Clarify and follow up documents' compliance issue; Follow up some urgent documents checking and Customer inquiry.

Sales management issue:

Daily trade performance report; Bi-weekly performance report; Monthly trade performance report; Pipeline report and Facility report.

Existing Clients issue:

Follow up some regular business for trade clients and follow up KYC update for some regular client.


Preferential Pricing Application; Prepare TOMTRA list to GZ trade centre; Follow up TOTRA status and Calling office's email; Discounting pricing approval, ceiling approval, etc.; Follow up discounting results and modify to GZ trade centre; NRD agreement signed with beneficiary and A+B's signature; Consolidate all material to MOP, and then MOP send list and request of discounting to GZ trade centre


Academic Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor degree or above, international trade major is a plus

Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how

  • At least 3 years working experience with at least 1 years working as trade finance related role

  • Familiar with international trade businesses and rules

  • Knowledge of Trade services operation, trade product and services

  • Knowledge in credit and account services

Skills & Competencies

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
  • Local dialects are an advantage

Computer Skill

  • Good PC skills of Microsoft office, excel etc.

Others if any

  • Require to travel
