Vice President : Treasury Services Relationship Management
  • Responsible for Treasury Services /Transaction Banking clients
  • Works on the strategic plan formanaging and growing existing client relationships
  • Conducts business development acrossnew and potential clients
  • Manages large or complex accounts
  • Continually evaluate client needs andensure sustained client engagement
  • Develop, track and report onrelationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio
  • Work closely with business developmentteams to ensure relationship management strategy is executed by accountmanagement and client service teams
  • Keep abreast of client account activityoccurring throughout the firm and may serve as the ultimate escalation pointfor client satisfaction
  • Responsible for understanding and workingin accordance
  • Focus is on the maintenance andimplementation of policies and procedures
  • Developing as area expert inspecialized function or business /product
  • Responsible for the day-to-daytechnical or functional expert in assigned area


Qualifications
  • An understanding of Treasury Service / Transaction Banking is required ideally with a focus on cross boarder cash / payment, trade finance or trade processing experience
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with both International and Local banks is preferred
  • You must be willing to travel regularly
  • StrongEnglish and Chinese written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Ideally,you will have 5+ years' experience working within in a similar role
