Provide critical insights/MI into performance to stakeholders through the provision of accurate and relevant information.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the business stakeholders in the standardization of non-financial KPIs to ensure that the non financial metrics are consistently defined and independently generated.
2.Design and develop a robust monitoring and tracking system on key business performance information to provide responsive and insightful decision making support to the business stakeholders.
3.Provide complete, accurate and timely management information to the business stakeholders to aid their strategic planning, development and management of their business.
4.Provide independent but fact based analysis and value added suggestions to assist the business stakeholders in seeking out the best solution to their business management information needs.
5.Review on an ongoing basis existing data extractions and business management information reports to identify potential efficiency and cost saving opportunities.
6.Identify and where feasible, automate current performance-tracking methods and processes to minimize manual intervention to improve timeliness and quality of data delivered for business information management reporting purposes.
7.Maintain standard data definition, dictionary and business rules and logic to ascertain consistency in the derivation of business performance metrics across all business streams to ensure a single version of the truth in the business information management reporting.
(1)University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline
(2)1 to 3 years experience in implementing management information solutions in a banking environment
(3)Sound knowledge in data warehousing related reporting and analysis;
(4)Strong knowledge on analytical tools such as SAS programming skills required
(5)Good knowledge of our banking products/services and front end core banking systems will be an added advantage
(6)Financial literacy is an added advantage

-Ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with people at all levels in a matrix organization.
