Reporting to HQ HR and China CEO, you will develop and implement progressive HR practices and policies for China across more than 10 markets. You will work in close partnership with senior management and business leaders in identifying business objectives and needs, and translate them to people strategies, priorities and action plans. Leading and developing a high performing HR team, you will be responsible for organisational development, talent management, rewards and performance management initiatives. You will contribute to the organisation's strategic thinking and direction and partner with HQ in aligning HR practices and driving organizational development programs.
You possess extensive years' HR experience including several years in a leadership capacity. Banking experience is a must. Direct working experience in China is highly advantageous. With strong partnering, communication and influencing skills, you are driven, progressive, strategic, a strong people developer and leader.
