Morgan Stanley intends to set up the Futures Brokerage business with location in Beijing. The entity will apply to trade in commodity and financial futures products as listed in the China exchanges. The entity will consist of an Operations team to deliver efficient operational process and technology-based solutions compliant with local regulations and in support of business as well as client needs.

As IT Network Admin of the Futures Company, the role reports directly to the IT Infra Lead of the Company, and should be responsible for network management, including network architecture design, maintenance and monitoring network operation status to ensure the stability, security and high-availability of network environment;

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the network traffic, network logs, reporting network operating status on regular basis, to ensure the high-availability of IT systems from network level to fulfill non-functional requirements;
Responsible for remediating network incidents, keep tracking of the follow-up status, document and report according to regulatory requirements;
Responsible for network emergency response planning and preform drills from network perspective according to the Company's business continuity plan and align with the Company's business resiliency requirements;
Responsible for the maintenance of network-related hardware and facilities with regard to configuration maintenance, security control, warranty status tracking;
Abide to relevant laws, regulations, provisions from CSRC, the AOA of the company and related policies. Keep the integrity to the job and the role's responsibility;
The role, prior to the Company establishment, is responsible for supporting the working group on project related matters for the Company setup.
