The Sales division provides brokerage services to High-Net-Worth Individuals, families, endowments, and Institutional clients in the GCC and abroad. We are looking for someone who is currently a Senior Sales Trader/Broker for Equities in a brokerage firm on the Institutional desk who has the capacity to set up the Institutional desk from scratch.

The Sales team focuses on building business ties with (1) individual clients having the potential to place at least AED 1 MM in a brokerage account with ADIB; (2) GCC entrepreneurs with AED 1 MM and more to invest; (3) Non-Resident Expats; and (4) Institutional clients [regional banks, pension funds, government agencies, insurance companies, and the like

Call, a priori, on institutional and High-Net-Worth and prospects in the UAE and abroad.

Activate at least 2 such relationships per month by receiving additional funds and/or initiating trading activity.

Conduct research to identify potential High-Net-Worth individuals and Institutions who could become brokerage customers. Systematically call on these prospects.
