Rare opportunity to join a growing and ambitious secondaries investment firm. In this position, you will be responsible for leading acquisitions on the secondary market of limited partnership interests in private equity funds-of-funds.

Our team currently comprises of ten professionals.

Position

To complete our investment team, we are looking for a candidate to join as Investment Director.

In this position, you will be responsible for executing secondary transactions. Your tasks will include:

• Performing quantitative and qualitative assessment on prospective investments
• Leading due diligence processes
• Drafting investment proposals and presenting them to BEX Investment Committee
• Closing the transactions
• Monitoring investments performance

A successful Investment Director would rapidly be responsible for:

• Leading all streams of the acquisition process
• Reporting to investors
• Participating in fundraising effort

For this challenging position, we are looking for an analytical and extremely rigorous person who works well in a very entrepreneurial and start-up like organization, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong organization skills. The successful candidate should have the following profile:

• Top academic credentials (MBA or equivalent)
• Outstanding modelling skills (advanced knowledge of Excel mandatory)
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Excellent French and English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Five to seven years of work experience in private equity or investment banking

The main working language will be English. The position will be based in Nice (France).
