Key accountabilities:

Manage Regulatory Projects, i.e. projects to implement new/updated regulations, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes

Contribute to the set-up of an effective regulatory change management process, including the development of a Regulatory Projects Roadmap.

Manage a portfolio of Regulatory Projects, including the following key activities:
- Support/manage the impact assessment of new regulations
- Design and set-up an appropriate project structure and governance. Chair or facilitate Steering committees
- Define and monitor project plan
- Evaluate and monitor the project internal/external costs
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders driving key activities and deliverables to implement the project
- Monitor project risks and mitigation
- Manage the day to day activities and oversight of the project
- Monitor the IT implementation of the Project
- Ensure appropriate project documentation is prepared, produced, maintained and logged
- Drive project progress, working with teams across the organisation, workstreams owners/sponsors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective execution.
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Manage crisis when key regulatory deliverables are at risk

Ensure that regulatory deadlines are met, and compliance to new regulations

Set-up and maintain the Regulatory Change SharePoint site/sub-sites to support project document management and document sharing with project stakeholders


- Master 2 degree level

- Minimum 10 years asset management experience
- Experience of managing Regulatory Projects
- Experience of leading complex global and/or transversal projects
- Management experience within an international environment

Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced project/programme management skills
- Strong knowledge of the Asset Management industry
- Good knowledge of the AXA IM organisation
- Abilities to deal with multiple, diverse and complex subjects
