A global, Parisian HQ PE Backed Consumer Retail Business are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager on a Fixed Term Contract to cover a Maternity leave. They want a Business Partner who can support Finance needs within HR. They want someone who has a very strong data background, understands payroll, rewards and the cost element of running payroll, helping the HR department organise themselves.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management of people costs management, remuneration and social benefits matters
    • Regulation and cost of impacts
    • Communication on the remuneration policy to employees
    • Coordination of the bonuses process, from the definition of the calculation rule with operations, to the calculation of amounts and payroll payments
    • Ensure the consistency of data in collaboration with the social controller

 

  • Collaboration with HR development and Operations
    • Compensation reviews during annual revaluation process
    • Participation in the classification of functions and potentials

 

  • Structuring and deployment of action plans and transversal projects
    • Writing, costing and management of the HR roadmap with the Brands, Headquarters and Group HR directors
    • Participate in the development and deployment of IT projects for the department (HRIS)
    • Overhaul of the variable remuneration system
    • Project turnover and absenteeism
  • Management or very close relationship with the social controller and the HRIS manager
