Redstone Private Banking Search are leaders in the global provision of search solutions for the international private banking and wealth management markets. With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.

Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a Global Wealth and Investment Manager who are looking to grow their team by bringing on-board a sales focused regional manager covering the French High Net Worth and Affluent markets.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for calling high-net worth leads that are provided by the frim
  • Scheduling and attending face-to-face appointments with all new prospective clients
  • Responsible for on-boarding new private clients, targeting the HNW / Affluent segment across France with a focus on consultative selling
  • To be a full time employee of the organisation whilst operating as a regional manager
  • To hit daily, weekly and monthly targets regarding calls, meetings and new clients
  • Regular travel to meet with clients and increase network

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role of financial sales or business development focused on wealth product sales
  • Prior track record of client development and asset acquisition
  • Located in France (Can work from a home office arrangement)
  • Fluent in French and an understanding of English
  • Role reports into Managing Director France
