In which context will you evolve?
In the context of its SPARK IM strategic plan, AXA-IM wishes to reinforce the stability of its Information System in order to leverage as much as possible on it. This will allow us to tackle the new challenges of the Asset Management industry and beat the heart of the emulation created by the emergence of the Fintech. The innovation in the finance industry requires the discovery and understanding of the newest technologies and the adaptation to a more agile environment. Located at the heart of La Défense in Paris and in the City of London, AXA-IM proposes a work environment adapted to those new strategic challenges and a strong proximity with the business teams.
What will be your main responsibilities?
Within dynamic and committed teams belonging to the AXA-IM Technology department, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of our journey supporting our brand-new application SimCorp Dimension and its linked satellites. Functional support on various Front Office, Trading, Operations or Risk business topics, implementation of monitoring tools using innovative technologies (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana i.e. ELK, UiPath, RPA), process automation, analysis on business critical subjects, business continuity plan definition and execution, regression testing automation, patches and upgrades management, … are some of the challenges that will be part of your daily activity.
As all our talents, you will:
• Have a strong proximity with AXA-IM business teams to better understand their activity, provide them with a high quality of service and an added value in a financial environment that is permanently evolving.
• Work closely with the SIMCORP vendor to ensure a good understanding regarding our business needs
• Acquire multiple competencies in a collaborative, challenging and benevolent environment
• Acquire our support methodology, in terms of analysis, communication, problem solving, …
• Become a key contact point on which the business can strongly rely

We are supporting Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Alternatives, Real Assets Front Office teams as well as Trading and Securities Financing in addition to Risk and Operations.

What kind of education is requested?
From High School or University, preferably in Computing Science or Economics/Finance, you will have a proven experience that will allow you to be a reliable contact point for your colleagues and your business partners.
