You will work closely with other members of the team to contribute to analyzing, structuring and executing debt operations (direct lending, corporate lending and leveraged loans) and monitoring of portfolio companies. You will:
- Be involved in all steps of debt operation execution from NDA to closing,
- Study and analyse activity, market, positioning and financial performance of companies and perform business plan modelling,
- Contribute to writing credit notes required for investment committee decision and attend committees,
- Issue indicative terms, contribute to structuring and executing financing especially legal documentation negotiation,
- Monitor portfolio operations, analyse reporting and write periodical follow up reports,
- Attend meetings and develop network with prospective clients, intermediaries and financial sponsors
You hold a degree from a Top Business School or Engineering school and you have 3 to 5 years' experience in Credit Analysis / Investment Banking / Private Equity / Transaction Services, ideally in Leverage and Acquisition Finance in a bank or a debt fund. A first experience in underwriting, structuring and executing private debt or leverage finance transactions is a plus.
You are fluent in French and English. A third language would be appreciated. You have strong financial modeling skills and pay keen attention to details.
