Real Estate Fund Supervisor

Mission In order to oversee Fund and corporate administration of Real Estate Alternative Investment Funds, we're recruiting a candidate with experience.
With the assistance of a team member, the successful candidate will be in charge of:
- Liaising with external accountants
- Liaising with Auditors
- Liaising with Law firms and Tax Advisors
- Project Planning to organize distributions, intercompany cash flows through payment to investors
- Review French or Lux GAAP accounts, prepare quarterly financial reporting and annual board packs
- Attend board / Shareholders meetings
- Strong interaction with deal teams and corporate functions
The initial focus will be Luxembourg and French Real Estate funds and legal entities.
Profile - 15+ years of experience
- Experience as a Senior Auditor or Legal/Tax with Real Estate Exposure, or a similar position with a recognized Real Estate Fund Manager
- Fluent in English and French, another European language is a plus
- Accounting and Corporate Legal skills
- Comfortable with numbers
You are a proven team player with strong coordination skills, able to work in full autonomy under pressure and tight deadlines.
