The company specialises in offering the full spectrum of currency investment management strategies to institutional investors globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, salesperson with highly effective communication skills and the ability to navigate a sales process to a successful conclusion. You will be part of our global business development team and of our growing European team based in Paris.


Your mission:

Your primary focus will be to raise assets for a new UCITS fund offering of our Systematic Currency Alpha strategy. You will seek out fund buyers, platforms, and distributors in France and multiple jurisdictions across the EU.

Where client prospects are identified and have broader currency investment needs, you will sell the full spectrum of the firm’s currency management products including passive hedging, dynamic hedging, active overlay and alpha strategies.


Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Identify, contact and prospect investors with interest in UCITS funds.
  • Work with the Business Development team on marketing campaigns in support of the sales effort.
  • Liaise with marketing, legal and compliance personnel to ensure that all marketing materials are up to date in all aspects and available for prospecting new clients.

Specifically, for this role, we are looking for a:

  • A high degree of personal honesty and integrity.
  • A hard working, high-energy personality with strong inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to engage with prospects over the telephone, email etc, including cold calling new prospects in particular.
  • An ability to address all aspects of the sales process from evoking initial interest to explaining the investment strategy to addressing all prospect questions and concerns.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and preferably an understanding of the currency markets.
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in selling investment products (either through permanent job or off-cycle internship).
  • Knowledge of the UCITS fund industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and French. An additional European language would be a plus.
  • Finance, Business master degree or equivalent level qualification.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and Hubspot.
