Talent Acquisition Specialist - FRANCE

For our office based in Paris we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant driven by Motivation and Challenges. You will join our international Talent Acquisition team to support the company's growth, help us meet our hiring targets and, of course, have fun!
Role As a member of our France & Benelux recruitment team, you will assist our France located companies in their daily hiring needs, both for senior and junior/graduate talents. In particular, your tasks will be: -Internal recruiting with focus on Finance, IT and Digital Service, as well as University Recruiting -Close collaboration with your internal stakeholders and hiring managers in France -Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews in English & French -Organising and participating in careers fairs and university events -You'll be involved in global recruiting projects with a high degree of ownership -Recruitment KPI reporting

You have -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study -At least two years of experience in Finance and/or Technology recruiting -You excel at actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting -A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, etc.) -You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results -Excellent communications skills in English & French -20% travelling in future required
