The Analyst Infrastructure is able to support all AXA IM Prime activites focusing on deal execution and reporting under the responsibility of a VP / Director.

Deal execution / Data collection

Leading due diligence (following AXA and AXA IM framework) of asset managers alongside a VP/D or more senior individual with a view to drafting committee papers and making a recommendation to AXA IM Prime and AXA GIE investment committees

Supporting a VP/D in closing of the investment working closely with AXA IM Prime legal/tax and structuring team to efficiently wrap investment opportunities. This will include subscription documentation incl side letters

Reviewing co-investment opportunities proposed by third-party asset managers and make recommendations as relevant and lead the co-investment process until close. This could include reviewing financial models, overlooking due diligence reports (incl. technical, legal, financial, market, insurance…) and possibly contribute to selection of our own advisors incl. contribute to scope of work definition, offers comparison…

Possible involvement in secondary trades as we grow the franchise and depending on secondary team set-up. This could involve contributing to analysis of underlying portfolio companies of GPs, data collection for the benefit of comp analysis, performing sensitivies of those portfolios…

Possible involvement in infra debt co-investments in coordination with / supporting the AXA IM Prime team in charge of private debt. This could involve due diligence analysis of such co-invetsment, drafting committee papers and presentation of the opportunities at the relevant committees in ccordination with a VP/D or more senior individual

Understanding regulatory, tax, legal components of the investments applicable to the structure chosen liaising with the relevant departments

Client relationship, reporting and fund raising

Contribute to the fund raising effort alongside AXA IM Prime sales team through pitches preparation, performing research, gather comparable data and statistics…

Perform control over reporting tool to ensure accuracy of data reported and monitor portfolio and asset performance

Closely monitoring of investments made including performance and portfolio construction monitoring. Regular meeting with GPs, at least on a quarterly basis, shall be organized with sharing of the outcome/minutes to the broader team/CRM tools

Contribute to producing regular reporting documents (at least on quarterly basis) using AXA IM Prime reporting tool and asset managers reporting tool. Such reports will be shared with AXA IM Prime clients

Feed AXA IM Prime CRM tool to ensure real time information flow

Transversal activities

Contribution to the fundamental analysis of the infrastructure market segments and drivers

Sharing outcome of findings with rest of the team

Understanding ESG impact of investments and fit with AXA IM Prime targets in relation thereto will form part of the analysis

May be involved in screening and reviewing infra debt asset managers in coordination with the AXA IM Prime team in charge of private debt
