Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Verantwortung für operative AML-, CFT- und SAR-Aktivitäten, inklusive Governance, Policies und Verfahren.


• Leitung eines Investigation- bzw. Case-Management-Teams, Koordination von SAR-Analysen, Verdachtsfällen und Meldewesen.


• Entwicklung von Risiko-Taxonomien, Monitoring-Strategien, KPI-Dashboards und Audit-Readiness.


• Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance, Rechtsabteilung, Front Office, Regulatoren und externen Prüfern; Schnittstelle zu Fraud- und Security-Teams.


• Budgetverantwortung, Ressourcenplanung, Talententwicklung und Förderung.

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften, Finance, Economics oder vergleichbar; relevante Zertifizierungen (ACAMS, CAMS-I/II, ICA) vorteilhaft.


• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im AML/CFT/SAR-Umfeld, ideal in multinationalen Finanzinstituten oder FinTechs.


• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis aktueller AML/CFT-/SARS-Regulierungen und regulatorischer Anforderungen in relevanten Jurisdiktionen.


• Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz; Präsentationssicherheit auf C-Level.


• Analytische Exzellenz, Prozess- und Risikomanagement, Erfahrung mit Audit-Readiness.


• Bereitschaft zu Reisen je nach Bedarf; starkes Verständnis von Datenschutz und Sicherheit (DSGVO, ISO 27001).
