Job Description

As a 3rd Party Risk Governance - Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing third-party risk governance frameworks and policies.
• Monitoring third-party compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Conducting risk assessments and audits of third-party vendors.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address and mitigate identified risks.
• Providing guidance on compliance matters related to third-party engagements.
• Preparing reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues related to third parties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 3rd Party Risk Governance - Compliance Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance in the financial services industry.
