Job Description
- Lead cross-functional business and operational projects, partnering with front office, risk, support functions, and senior management to align execution with strategic objectives.
- Drive stakeholder management and communications across a broad range of internal teams, providing regular progress updates, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.
- Analyze business processes, operational performance, and risks to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support informed business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear communication of project status, business insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor/ Masters degree holder
- Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Chinese writing is required
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
