Our client, a leading global insurance organization with an extensive presence across Asia, is expanding its enterprise AI capabilities and investing in a range of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

To support these initiatives, we are building a talent pipeline of experienced professionals across program and project management, Agile delivery, AI engineering, and GenAI enablement initially as 12-month contract opportunities, with a view to extend or convert to permanent roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

AI / Data Program Manager

1. Lead and oversee enterprise-wide AI, data, and technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
2. Establish program governance, delivery roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
3. Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
4. Engage senior business and technology stakeholders, providing executive-level reporting and program oversight.

AI / Data Project Manager

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, data analytics, and technology implementation projects.
2. Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, and implementation plans.
3. Coordinate Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
4. Oversee project risks, dependencies, testing, implementation readiness, and delivery progress.

Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master

1. Facilitate Agile delivery across AI, data engineering, and technology development teams.
2. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Identify delivery impediments, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize backlogs and deliver business requirements.
5. Support broader project management and delivery coordination where required.

Agentic AI Architect / Engineer

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation.
2. Develop and orchestrate AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step business processes.
3. Build enterprise knowledge-base solutions leveraging data lakes and other enterprise data platforms.
4. Integrate LLM-powered applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows.
5. Support AI solution architecture, workflow redesign, testing, and production deployment.
6. Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

GenAI Training / Enablement Lead

1. Design and implement structured GenAI training and employee upskilling programs.
2. Assess training needs and develop learning agendas tailored to different business and technology functions.
3. Create practical training materials, workshops, exercises, and business-use-case demonstrations.
4. Facilitate training sessions and promote effective adoption of GenAI technologies.
5. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to embed GenAI capabilities into everyday operations.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

AI / Data Program Manager

1. Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology, digital transformation, or data programs.
2. Strong program governance, resource management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
4. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, GenAI, or data analytics initiatives highly advantageous.
5. Experience within insurance, banking, or other financial services organizations preferred.

AI / Data Project Manager

1. Solid project management experience across technology, data, digital transformation, or system implementation initiatives.
2. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
3. Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Experience working closely with data engineering, software development, or technical delivery teams.
5. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, GenAI, or enterprise data platforms advantageous.
6. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be an advantage.

Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master

1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager.
2. Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
3. Experience supporting software engineering, data, digital product, or technology development teams.
4. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Scrum certifications such as CSM or PSM advantageous.
6. Experience combining Project Manager and Scrum Master responsibilities particularly desirable.

Agentic AI Architect / Engineer

1. Strong hands-on experience developing GenAI applications, including agentic AI solutions and workflow orchestration.
2. Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based architectures, and AI workflow automation.
3. Proficiency in Python, API development, system integration, and software engineering principles.
4. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies.
5. Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge-base solutions.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise data lakes, and modern data architectures.
7. Proven experience deploying scalable AI solutions into production environments highly desirable.

GenAI Training / Enablement Lead

1. Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training, digital upskilling, or technology enablement programs.
2. Strong practical understanding of GenAI technologies, tools, applications, and enterprise use cases.
3. Experience developing structured learning curricula, training materials, and interactive workshops.
4. Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
6. Experience in digital transformation, organizational change, or enterprise technology adoption advantageous.
7. Financial services industry experience preferred.

4. Ability to work independently and deliver results within demanding project timelines.
