They are currently looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and driven compliance professional to become part of Regional Compliance Compliance Team.

The Role

As a part of the Regional Compliance team, you will be reporting to Regional Head of Compliance, handling all rounded compliance duties for their Asia business, responsible for risk based compliance review, development of compliance program, guidelines, and procedures. You will be heavily involved in new product launching procedures, providing day-to-day compliance advice to different business lines. You will also be responsible for regular compliance reporting, and be a main point of contact to local and regional regulators.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification, with at least 5 years of experience working in investment management or asset management, with sound knowledge of SFC & MPFA regulations, you will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English is a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organization.
