General Description: The Account Manager (AM) acts as an account business owner and account relationship manager. The AM will build up dialogues with all stakeholders in Client's side plus C-level, understand their initiatives, challenges and requirements in the areas of business, technology and operation. Levering our regulatory knowledges, the AM will position the company as a trusted advisor / consultant, driving an overall IT technology strategy / roadmap through proper engagement with customer’s key stakeholders. The AM will drive continuous customer satisfaction and service consistency.


Develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate clients, preferably with banking & financial institute 
Upkeep relationship with existing clients and promote cross-selling initiatives 
Provide operation administrative support
Prepare materials and relevant sales reports
Communicate and coordinate operational activities with regional offices and business partners
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned 
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
