  • Provide secretarial assistance to the Fixed Income department head and regional head
  • Provide general administration support to the team members in all aspects including filing, scanning, etc.
  • Make travel arrangements, process reimbursement claims and prepare expense reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and similar events
  • Coordinate on boarding arrangements for new staff including computer set up, phone and office supply arrangement, etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above
  • 3-4 years of support experience
  • Strong command in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player, attention to details, sensitive to numbers, and ability to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
