• Duties of admin: Team support: billing, documents filing, flight bookings of staffs, etc.
• Office management - procurement of office supplies, stationery, office equipment maintenance
• Accounting support - Reimbursement and petty cash
• HR issues - Assist staff onboarding and offboarding, benefits, MPF and medical insurance, etc.
• Assistance to CEO - Perform any ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the CEO, family matters of CEO
• 5-years and above Admin experience
• Hard working, responsive and fast learner
• Adapt to high pressure working environment
• Bachelor degree and above
• Fluent in English and Chinese(Mandarin)
