Analyst, Customer Fulfillment Monetary
Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - To oversee few business operations functions:
- Data capturing of financial transactions from card issuing and merchant acquiring business
- Card Association settlement reconciliation and journal entries posting
- Merchant payment reconciliation and processing
- Proper handling of internal/external customer enquiry
- To look for opportunity to improve either in process redesign, streamlining and/or through system automation
- Plan and execute training schedule for team members for both individual and team development
Requirements - Degree holder preferable
- At least 2 years in supervising an operation team
- Have operation experience of either Card Association settlement, merchant payment processing, data capture processing or basic understanding of card issuing activities
