We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Asia Cyber Security Lead.

Principal responsibilities

  • Play an active and focal role in addressing the 12 key areas within the Global Private Banking specific Cybersecurity Improvement programme to enhance Cyber security control capabilities, understand the impact in local division Booking Centres and address additional areas as the programme increases scope and momentum.
  • Assist in building a nearshore Global Private Banking Cyber security support hub in Poland.
  • Advocate best practises and Cyber security awareness to improve Global Private Banking IT maturity, both culturally and technically.
  • Deliver regular Cyber security Awareness and Training to Booking Centre staff and colleagues in line with the Group agenda.
  • Support the Head of Global Private Banking Cybersecurity in managing relationships with global and regional business leads, supporting regulatory, client and government engagements.
  • Provide continual improvement around technical solutions in line with the market, to automate processes and dynamically enhance productivity
  • Partner closely with Global Private Banking IT stakeholders and Risk Functions to understand compliance to relevant security policies, standards and governance within Global Private Banking, including challenging the risk profile, appetite, incidents and control effectiveness, driving improvement activities where required to ensure operation within appetite


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Degree holder in a relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in Information Security within a similar environment
  • Cyber security Subject Matter Expertise highly desired
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all relevant departments
  • Proven experience in advocating best practices for Cyber security awareness across the business
