Team Background

We are looking for a Client Services Executive with experience working in the servicing and/or financial sector to join our team responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Retail Investors of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients’ enquiries and requests via phone, written correspondence and sometimes meeting in person
  • Liaise between clients and the internal teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
  • Manage client complaints in accordance with the firm policy and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct adhoc client communications surrounding operational/service changes, issues or new initiatives
  • Participate in business and/or regulatory driven projects and initiatives
  • Support and provide information to key stakeholders across the business whenever necessary

Qualifications

  • University graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in customer service at financial firm. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered for professional exempt grade
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Passionate in delivering exceptional client services
  • Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail
  • Fluency in verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • SFC type 1 licensee
