I'm working with an established MNC Composite Insurer looking for an Assistant Manager to work alongside their fast-paced FP&A team. You'll be joining a team that is on track for expansion and boasts attractive, chartered career development as well as an expanding remit if you perform well. You'll be joining a company that's keen to focus on growing internal talent, and up-skilling it's employees in a supportive environment - an excellent place to develop your skills in Expense Management and FP&A. Prior Insurance Expense Management experience is obligatory.

Job Duties:

  • Efficiently provide financial and management reporting, with a large focus on expense reporting for Lines of Business
  • Be responsible for the expenses monitoring 
  • Have an excellent relationship with vaious stakeholders to work on budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Be responsible for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting for all business lines

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related discipline
  • Around 4 years experience and prior Expense Management experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience in AS400; SUN; SAP and TM1 an advantage
  • Written and spoken English and Chinese
