We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Marketing.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to develop the marketing plan and implement the marketing programmes to maximise profits and boost cardholder usage
  • Liaise with advertising agency and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of planned activities
  • Propose innovative programme mechanics to stimulate cardholder usage
  • Provide MIS on programme evaluation and obtain feedback for further improvement
  • Respond to market development and competitive moves swiftly by recommending sensible marketing ideas
  • identify appropriate business partners to launch joint marketing activities beneficial to the business
  • Liaise and coordinate with merchants to solicit joint promotion programmes to maximize cardholder usage
  • Cooperate with salesforce staff to identify merchants' needs and expectations
  • Consolidate merchant relationship through effective and smooth execution of joint promotion programmes
  • Ensure consistent EPS branding in all advertising and marketing materials
  • Uphold EPS brand communication strategy to project a clear brand character and maximize brand preference
  • Initiate brand exposure at proper media channels to increase EPS brand salience
  • Contribute to the budgeting of marketing expenses
  • Closely monitor the marketing expenditure and compile periodic report for management
  • Propose ways to execute advertising and marketing activities in a cost-effective way

Requirements ​
  • University graduate with working experience in marketing or advertising field. Experience in marketing payment products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-initiative and strong commitment to career and through experience in driving and executing projects independently.
