Assistant Manager, Marketing Planning & Promotion - Retail Banking Department
Job Responsibilities
1. Execution of marketing promotions
  • Identify promotions objectives and result projections, set appropriate promotions means and budget, prepare management proposals and agency brief, monitor results and post-evaluation
  • Work closely with external vendors and follow through the development of marketing materials, from creative to output production, delivery, installation and display
  • Work with legal and compliance departments and relevant teams to ensure all marketing materials under development are satisfied with compliance requirements.

2. Events management
  • Events planning, budget control and logistic arrangement for different kinds of events, such as financial seminars, press events, customer and corporate events etc
  • Lead and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the events
  • Prepare rundown, deployment plan; draft speeches, briefing notes, fact sheets, press releases etc

3. Social media management
  • Support promotions through different social media channels including facebook and wechat
  • Draft post feeds, provide timely responses to feedback
  • Develop promotion strategies to maximize posts views and conversion to business

4. Support in all types of administration duties, including but not limited to:
  • Monitor competitive promotions and prepare competitive analysis reports
  • Manage the stocks of marketing materials and premiums
  • Monitor marketing budgets and payment processing, including making accruals, payment vouchers, and follow through with Finance Department on all expenses payments


Job Requirements
Requirements:
  • University graduate or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Language Studies or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail bank marketing with experience in digital marketing, editorial on web and social media is preferable
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Good analytical and communications skills
  • Good project management and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
