Assistant Manager / Manager, Trade Finance / Bills Operations (Export Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Team Head to supervise daily operations of export bills and ensure it is performed in accordance with Bank’s policy, operational procedures and regulatory requirements
• Check and review export bills documents and approve daily transactions
• Provide professional advice to customers and business units
• Provide coaching and support to subordinates on daily operations
• Review operational workflow and identify the possible improvement areas in daily operations Review and update operating procedure manual
• Participate in new product, system development or other projects
• Perform other duties as delegated

Requirements

• Post-Secondary education or above
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Professional knowledge in trade products and familiar with ICC rules
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
