We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, CDD Production .

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage Run Rate and Quality working groups including responsibility for all inputs and outputs and adherence to CDD escalation process
  • Review of Management Information ensuring adherence to targets including the identification of actionable interventions to maintain Key Risk Indicators
  • Identifying and managing the resolution of run rate blockers/issues with action owners
  • Reporting and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies to senior management via agreed governance model
  • Engage in thematic resolution of issues and blockers in relation to periodic reviews, remediations, etc


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Basic understanding of the Global Banking and Markets business, structure and operations, investment bank or corporate banking equivalent from other banking institutions
  • KYC,AML, on boarding experience within a banking context a definite advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to operate effectively with middle to senior management within the business and functions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Analytical and structured, process driven thinker with interest in risk management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
