Your new role

• Prepare sales presentations, client meeting materials, and policy illustrations.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale documentation to ensure smooth business processing.
• Review application documents and supporting materials to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate medical examinations, policy issuance, and policy delivery arrangements when required.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects, business reporting, and sales initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales support, case management, client services, or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with life insurance products and application processes.
• Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
• Good communication skills with client-facing duties when required.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
