Manage and coordinate branch operations, including deposit, remittance, account openings, etc..
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate branch operation of different units to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the branch
- Supervise and handle general branch operations to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies, guidelines and procedures are strictly adhered
- Provide back-up support to staff in maintaining smooth operations within the branch
- Provide training and coaching to staff
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of banking experience in branch operation management
- Good knowledge of branch operations and procedures, account opening and KYC procedures
- Good leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
